Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

Eligibility:

✅ Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
❌ Custom or personalized orders are final sale.

Process:

1. Email hello@futureoutils.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship items back to: Future Outils, [Insert Address].

3. Once received, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method.

🚨 Damaged/Defective Items? Contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Digital Resources

🚫 No Refunds: Due to immediate digital access, purchases of coaching materials (PDFs, videos) are non-refundable.
⚙️ Technical Issues? If you can’t download or access your resource, email us—we’ll resolve it promptly!

Coaching Services

💳 Refunds for coaching sessions are only available if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
⏳ No refunds for completed or missed sessions.
🔄 Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.

Non-Refundable Items

❌ Final Sale: Sale or discounted items marked “final sale.”
🎁 Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
💰 Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
